| Bio | Megan Fleming, MSc (Health Promotion), BSc (Psychology), is the Communications & Knowledge Translation Officer at the Canadian Partnership for Tomorrow’s Health (CanPath). She leads communications activities for Canada’s largest population health cohort, which examines Canadians’ biology, behaviours, and environments related to the causes of chronic disease and cancer. At CanPath, Megan implements the communications strategy to market the cohort and translate knowledge from research studies using the cohort’s data. She collaborates with the pan-Canadian communications group to plan campaigns to promote virtual events and to organize national and regional presence at in-person events. Megan ensures that CanPath maintains continued, strong partnerships with stakeholders and communications leads in related departments and organizations to amplify the promotion of CanPath events, grant opportunities, job postings, and news stories. She published in Science Communication on the role of metaphorical language in discussing natural disasters when developing risk communications. |

| Bio | Dr. Meshack Achore completed his doctoral degree in Kinesiology and Health Studies (Health Promotion stream) at Queens University in 2022. Before his doctorate, Dr. Achore had a Master of Public Health degree from McGill University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Ghana. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Public Health and a Faculty in Residence at Hofstra University in New York. Before his current role, Dr. Achore worked with the World Bank as a research associate and consultant. His research broadly focuses on health inequities and the socio-environmental production of health. His interests include applied global, population, and public health research, maternal and child health, non-communicable diseases, and the evaluation of large-scale interventions. For his non-academic interests, Dr. Achore enjoys dancing, trying different international cuisines, and experiencing other cultures. |

Urbanus Azupogo, MSc (Health Promotion), MSc (Land Governance and Policy), BSc (Land Management), is a dedicated Public Health Researcher with a diverse academic background and extensive experience in health promotion, land management, and community development. He completed his Master of Science in Health Promotion at Queen’s University and holds another MSc in Land Governance and Policy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Urbanus also earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Land Management from the University for Development Studies (UDS). Urbanus’s work primarily focuses on the intersection of land governance, public health, and community development, particularly in vulnerable African communities.
